Weather/Refund Policy


  • If a team withdraws from the event their non-refundable deposit will not be returned

  • If a team is removed from play because of misconduct or lack of sportsmanship play - they will not receive a refund





In the event of adverse weather or un-playable field conditions, the Tournament Director reserves the right to:

  • Reduce game times in order to catch up with schedule.

  • Finish game before inclement weather arrives, or to preserve field conditions.

  • Reschedule games, if possible.



  • If there is thunder or lightning play will be suspended immediately and players and fans will be asked to seek shelter in their cars or covered area.  After 30 minutes of no thunder or lightning games may resume.

  • If a game is in progress play will stop

    • If it is the second half, the game will be considered complete 

    • If it is the first half we will do our best to make up the game or play an abbreviated game to get back on schedule.

    • We reserve right to move the conclusion of a suspended game to the end of the day.

We do face some field constraints by contract. It is possible that weather could cause some games or whole rounds to be cancelled.
We will make every effort to stay on Schedule


  • No refunds will be issued for games canceled.

  • No refunds will be issued for games shortened due to weather.

  • In the event we need to cancel the whole tournament due to weather. We would refund 60% of all fees paid to us within 30 days.  Teams will be required to complete a Weather Refund Request Form that will be available by contacting the director of the event.  No refunds will be issued if a Refund Request Form is not submitted within 30 days of the tournament.
